Alcohol and Drug Policy

We all know that alcohol and all kinds of illicit drugs are very dangerous to our health in the short or long term, so it is the policy of PT. ENVIDATA INNOVATION INDONESIA not to tolerate any form of alcohol and illicit drug use, no matter how minor such violations. Therefore, the company issued a policy that regulates both of the above:

  1. Employees are responsible for reporting use of all prescription or non-prescription drugs before starting work.
  2. Prescription drugs and drugs obtained from beyond the possibility of affecting work performance. Tell your supervisor as soon as possible if any medications are being used so that safety measures can be taken.
  3. Excessive alcohol consumption can result in personal health losses and inefficiency in the ability to perform a job.Any employee of PT. ENVIDATA INOVASI INDONESIA who will work is prohibited from carrying alcoholic beverages for eight hours prior to working hours.
  4. To control employees from carrying and using drugs and alcoholic beverages, the company will monitor each employee whenever necessary and without prior notice to the employee concerned.
  5. Any admission of a prospective employee to a new health test related to drug use will be carried out in conjunction with any other health test required by the company.

Thus this policy is communicated to all employees and to be known and well implemented. The management, manager and supervisor concerned are responsible for ensuring that this policy is implemented.
